In the subsequent practical session, you will put what you have learned into practice directly in the water and gain your first personal experiences. Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by experienced freediving instructors.
For the course, we will provide you with high-quality wetsuit gear so that you can dive comfortably and safely even in the cool mountain lake.
The program will be tailored to the group and the conditions on site. No experience is necessary.
