    Tour with a live guide of the Maple Interpretation Center. All-you-can-eat food tasting of maple butter, maple syrup, and maple taffy on snow. Self-guided tour of the Camp du Trappeur, with the Musée de la faune naturalisée du Québec and an exhibition of chainsaws from their creation to the present day. Access to our hiking trails and our enchanting site in the heart of the forest.

What you can expect

Upon arrival, discover our Camp du Trappeur with its taxidermied Quebec wildlife and the exhibition of one of the owners' personal chainsaws. Afterwards, learn about the history of maple sap, from its discovery by the First Nations to the present day.
You will have a live guide who will give you an introduction to the history as well as a maple product food tasting. The duration of your tour is approximately 45 minutes, which includes the question-and-answer session with the live guide.
You will also have access to our enchanting site with trails that run alongside our outdoor facilities.
