This ATV tour is recreational-oriented. The goal is to offer a different outdoor option to know a little more about the La Fortuna/Arenal area by covering more terrain instead of walking and experiencing the fun of riding an ATV.

This tour's priority is your safety, providing at the same time lots of entertainment on wheels. It is for this reason that we make sure our riders don’t go at high speeds, maintaining the group at the rhythm of the slowest rider. In the end, it is all about having fun while contemplating the surrounding nature in the area.

Right before starting the tour, you will receive a short briefing or training about security and vehicle operations. Your ATV adventure begins the moment you start your engine to follow the guides.

The route will take the riders around the Arenal area in which it will be a delight to see its surrounding beauty along with the small communities reflecting the traditional rural country living.

This adventure departs from the La Fortuna/Arenal area, right on the base of Arenal Volcano National Park heading towards the surrounding fields. First, you will do a little practice on the trails before deciding to continue. Afterward, you will ride your ATV through fun trails in diverse conditions such as rock bottom, gravel, dirt or muddy roads, bump tracks, and pastures on the volcano base slopes. If the weather allows favorable visibility conditions, you will make a short stop to appreciate the spectacular view of La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano before we keep going. You will pass by tiny towns, cross the river, and stop for a few minutes to relax, stretch a little, take some pictures, quench that thirst with a bottle of water, or for those interested, jump in the water for a refresher river bath.
