Integrate the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into your practice. In TCM, the human body is supported by the “Five Organs” (liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys), which are believed to be closely connected with the changing seasons.

Each season influences different organs and emotions: spring relates to the liver and may bring irritability, summer to the heart and joy, autumn to the lungs and sadness, and winter to the kidneys and fear. By practicing yoga, deep breathing, and enjoying the healing power of aroma in harmony with the rhythm of nature, body and mind can gently return to balance.

For example, in autumn, the lungs and large intestine are the focus. They are deeply linked with breathing, immunity, and the emotion of sadness. Yoga poses that open the chest and invite deep breathing help release and heal these feelings.

For the aroma, you may use Sweet Orange. Grown under the bright summer sun, orange carries abundant energy. Its fresh and uplifting scent clears away heaviness and brings brightness and vitality to the heart, especially during the cooler seasons.
