Al-Qurain Martyrs Museum is a prominent national landmark in Kuwait, located in the Al-Qurain area within the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate. The museum commemorates a heroic battle that took place on February 24, 1991, during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, in which 12 young men from the “Messila” resistance group were martyred while defending their homeland. Originally a house used as a base by the Kuwaiti resistance, the building was later transformed into a museum by the order of the late Emir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to honor the martyrs’ sacrifices.
