What you can expect

  • Begin your adventure bright and early in Kutaisi. Meet your guide at the designated spot in the city center and run through a quick checklist and briefing. Then, set off in a powerful 4x4 vehicle, heading immediately for the Askhi Massif.

    Transition into a thrilling off-road track, climbing steeply through mountain forests. Make one or two brief scenic stops before reaching your main destination: the high Askhi Plateau (2250m). Upon arrival, take a short, easy walk to a panoramic viewpoint to enjoy the wide-open space and spectacular scenery. Settle down for a delicious picnic lunch.

    After a good time enjoying the high altitude, begin your descent. Make a final stop before returning to Kutaisi at the famous Lomina Waterfall near Gordi village, where you can relax and take photos.
