What you can expect

Discover Kazimierz, one of Kraków’s most atmospheric districts and a former center of Jewish life. Its streets reflect centuries of faith, tradition, and close community ties, where Jewish and Christian cultures developed side by side.

The walk begins on Szeroka Street, the historic heart of the district, lined with synagogues and townhouses from the 16th–18th centuries. You will see the Old Synagogue (now a museum), the Remuh Synagogue and Cemetery, as well as the Kupa and Tempel Synagogues. The route ends at Plac Nowy, today a lively square and cultural hub.

With your local guide, you will gain insight into the traditions, daily life, and resilience that shaped Kraków’s Jewish heritage.
