Step into Fresco Cooking Class, a charming 3 hours cooking workshop in the heart of Trastevere, one of Rome’s most picturesque neighborhoods. As you arrive, you are welcomed with a refreshing spritz and small Italian snacks, the perfect way to begin the experience. After a warm introduction, you’ll receive your apron and your personal workstation along our beautiful vintage marble table, the heart of the kitchen. Guided by our chef and accompanied by our friendly house host, you will begin preparing a full Italian menu from scratch. Once everything is ready, we share the full meal all together served on authentic Italian ceramic plates inspired by the Amalfi Coast, creating a colorful table. At the end, we step into the garden, drinking Limoncello under our lemon tree. You will receive a digital recipe book with the chef's secrets.
