Start with a brief 15-minute land lesson covering the fundamentals, including how to balance and find your sweet spot on the board, correct paddling techniques to save energy, and safety essentials like how to get back on the board if you fall in.

    Next, head into calm, shallow waters to put theory into practice. Your instructor will be right beside you, offering tips and boosting your confidence until you’re standing tall and paddling smoothly.

    Once everyone feels comfortable, follow your guide along the beautiful coastline, exploring Kardamena village from the water, and taking in the stunning views. Keep a relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to rest, chat, and snap some photos.
