Begin with an introduction to freediving theory and physiology, then learn practical skills like breath control, relaxation, and basic equalization. Build confidence in confined water as you practice breath-holding and finning techniques with your instructor.

Choose the format that suits your trip: join the 1-day option for confined-water training only (no certification), or take the 2-day option to add a boat trip and open-water sessions. On day 2, apply your skills in the sea as you practice equalization and freediving techniques including free immersion and constant weight, reaching a maximum depth of 10 meters. Finish with time for fun diving and snorkeling before heading back to Lipe.

Training is kept personal with small groups (1–4 students), so you can progress at your own pace and focus on comfort and safety throughout the experience.
