  • The bus service runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30 to 40-minute interval between each bus stop. (Last pickup at any designated stop at 4 PM)
  • Children aged 5 to 12 while little ones aged 1 to 4 ride for free
  • The activity provider reserves the right to postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable conditions
  • The activity provider is not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour
  • Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.
  • Dangerous items, including personal weapons or sharp objects, are strictly prohibited on the tour bus. The company reserves the right to confiscate such items and expel or deny entry to violators

Notice: In conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit taking place from 23 to 28 October 2025, please be informed that the City Route will be temporarily suspended to facilitate traffic management and security measures. The Garden Route and KL City of Lights Night Tour will continue to operate as usual.

  • Operation Hours : 09.00am - 18.00pm
  • 30min - 40min bus interval each stop (Last pickup at any designated stop at 4 PM)
  • Ticket type : Foreign ticket / Local Malaysian ticket for 24 hours / 48 hours to choose from City & Garden route
  • Guest need to choose their tickets according to their nationality to avoid any additional charges.
  • Free seating concept, first come first serve basis
