Due to the I LITE U 2026 Parade, the Sungei Wang pick-up point will be temporarily relocated on 1 and 3 January 2026. The new pick-up point will be at MATIC (Malaysia Tourism Information Centre) on Jalan Ampang, which is a 10–15 minute walk from KLCC or Suria KLCC. Guests can reach MATIC by walking along Jalan Ampang; it is located opposite the InterContinental Hotel.

- The bus service runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 30 to 40-minute interval between each bus stop. (Last pickup at any designated stop at 4 PM)
- Children aged 5 to 12 while little ones aged 1 to 4 ride for free
- The activity provider reserves the right to postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable conditions
