Day 1: Arrival in Kigali

Arrive in Kigali and spend the night in the city.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Cultural Experience

At 4:00 AM, get picked up from your Kigali hotel and drive for about 2.5 hours to reach Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival, receive a briefing on the park's rules and regulations for gorilla trekking before you begin the trek, which can take between 2 and 7 hours.

Only 8 visitors are allowed per gorilla family, and exclusive access can be purchased. Visitors are limited to one hour of interaction, during which they can take photos, share information, and learn about the gorillas. After tracking, return to Fatim Hotel for lunch.

In the afternoon, spend 3 hours at the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village located in both Volcanoes National Park and Musanze town. Immerse yourself in Rwandan culture by participating in traditional dances and music, discovering local cuisine, and visiting the king's palace. Afterward, return to your hotel to spend the night.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking

After breakfast, proceed to the park reception to track the golden monkeys. Upon arrival, receive information about the park and the guidelines for tracking golden monkeys. Then, begin your journey and encounter various species of monkeys and birds. The duration of the tracking can range from 2 to 4 hours. In the afternoon, return to Kigali.
