This is a unique and exciting activity that will expand your mind by exposing you to the diverse ecosystem waiting for you under the sea. We will commonly encounter great schools of Sargo moving in unison, Kelp Bass eyeing us uneasily from the shadows of the kelp forest and Sheepshead overseeing their harems. Also, we may be joined by playful harbor seals who are endlessly curious about our presence in their environment.

We will meet at the top of the hill, select each participant's equipment and then gear up on the beach to swim out to the kelp forest.

After our adventure, we will have an opportunity to prepare our catch as maki sushi, aguachile and uni sashimi using the sea urchins’ caviar while we relish the ocean's bounty at the shoreline.
