In this class, you'll enjoy a hands-on cooking experience led by a home chef. In a fun and interactive group setting, you'll learn how to make Japanese curry from scratch and fry perfectly golden-brown tonkatsu.

We provide simple, easy-to-follow recipes and offer tips on substituting ingredients with options available in your home country. Vegetarian options are also available—please let us know in advance if you have any dietary preferences.
