Learn about the various spices and other plants used to flavor food with village vegetables, the different flavors made from those spices, the amount of spices added to the prepared food, and the spices used in each dish.
Prepare a local type of rice, which you can eat with 3 types of local vegetables and a very popular rural dish, a deliciously prepared kos and polos curry, and a local type of malamu. In addition, you can choose what you want to make various desserts and various drinks.
After your class, get dropped off back at your accommodation in Kandy.
