- Mallika City operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Last admission is typically 2 hours before closing; however, specific timings for package inclusions (e.g., buffet lunch) may vary
- If your ticket includes a buffet, please be mindful of the specific serving hours, particularly for lunch buffets which are served from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- The Reuan Pae Floating House Thai Buffet offers a comprehensive selection of authentic Siamese dishes, including Phanaeng Moo, Pad Krapow Gai Sub, Moo Wan, Green Curry with Chicken (Gaeng Keow Wan Gai), Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste (Khao Pad Nam Prik Kapi), Thai Rice Vermicelli with Fish Curry Sauce (Khanom Jeen Nam Ya), various noodle soups (Kuay Teow), Pad Thai, Spicy Papaya Salad (Som Tum), along with refreshing herbal drinks, assorted traditional Thai desserts, fresh fruits, and ice cream
- The Halal-certified restaurant offers a delightful selection of Samosa, Roti, spicy and sour beef soup (Tom Saap Nuea), Massaman chicken curry, clear chicken soup (Tom Sup Gai), chicken biryani (Khao Mok Gai), fish curry with turmeric (Gaeng Pla Khamin), Gaeng Ruean Dang, steamed rice, traditional Thai desserts, seasonal fruits, and drinking water
- Children under 100 cm in height typically receive free admission
- Children between 100 cm and 130 cm are generally charged a child rate
- Children above 130 cm are usually considered adults and charged the adult rate
- Individuals 65 years old or above may be eligible for a senior rate. A passport or valid ID may be required for verification at the ticket counter
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted within Mallika City
- Outside food and drinks aren't allowed in Mallika City; however, you can buy a variety of traditional Thai food and refreshments from our vendors
- Firearms, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed hazardous or disruptive by management are strictly prohibited
- Even with the 'Ticket with Thai Costume' option, a refundable THB 300 cash deposit for the costume rental is required upon arrival at Mallika City
- Within Mallika City, all transactions use traditional "Satang" coins, which visitors must exchange for modern currency at entry booths
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your reservation date, please notify us at least 5 days before your original arrival
