  • Firearms, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed hazardous or disruptive by management are strictly prohibited
  • Even with the 'Ticket with Thai Costume' option, a refundable THB 300 cash deposit for the costume rental is required upon arrival at Mallika City
  • Within Mallika City, all transactions use traditional "Satang" coins, which visitors must exchange for modern currency at entry booths
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your reservation date, please notify us at least 5 days before your original arrival
