Our instructor will guide you through the matcha-making process, introducing the various utensils, their uses, and basic hospitality etiquette. To start, enjoy a bowl of matcha whisked by the instructor, accompanied by a traditional confection from Kagoshima. Then, give it a try yourself and experience the joy of preparing matcha!
The matcha and sweets served in this workshop are sourced from Kagoshima, ensuring a local touch. The workshop is conducted in Japanese, but an English- or German-speaking assistant can be provided for support.
The venue is a private room in a Japanese restaurant, just a 5-minute walk from Kagoshima-Chuo Station.
