Welcome to “Yoga with Chrystal”.
Join a one-hour beach yoga class at Playa de L'Arenal in Jávea, suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Listen to the sound of the waves as you are guided through a gentle yoga practice on the sand.

June 2026: Classes start at 08:00AM
- Special Sunrise Summer Solstice Class Held On Sunday 21st June 2026 at 06:15AM (Sunrise) (75 minutes) - All props & materials are provided for you for the Summer Solstice special sunrise class. You'll be guided through breathwork, a yoga flow & the option to pull an affirmation card to take home at the end of the class.
July 2026 + August 2026: Classes start at 07:00AM (Sunrise Yoga)
September 2026: Classes start at 08:00AM
This is due to the heat in the summer months, so classes are moved to an earlier time as the temperature rises.
Experience nourishing movement and soothing, calming breathing techniques to promote relaxation and well-being. Variations are offered in each class to ensure the classes are suitable for beginners through to those with more experience.
Please arrive five minutes before the displayed start time of class to avoid disturbing other participants once the class has started. Bring either a yoga mat or towel to practice on. Yoga mats are available for rental at €2 per person - Please send a message at least 24 hours before.
This is a public group class - If you are looking for a private group yoga experience / sunrise private yoga session for just you & your chosen guests, with all props provided for you, there is a separate activity for this available for booking.
