Welcome to “Yoga with Chrystal”.

Join a one-hour beach yoga class at Playa de L'Arenal in Jávea, suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Listen to the sound of the waves as you are guided through a gentle yoga practice on the sand.

Monday: 09:30AM

Saturday: 09:30AM

Experience nourishing movement and soothing, calming breathing techniques to promote relaxation and well-being. Variations are offered in each class to ensure the classes are suitable for beginners through to those with more experience.

Please arrive five minutes before the displayed start time of class to avoid disturbing other participants once the class has started. Bring either a yoga mat or towel to practice on. Yoga mats are available for rental at €2 per person - Please send a message at least 24 hours before.

This is a public group class - If you are looking for a private group yoga experience / sunrise private yoga session for just you & your chosen guests, with all props provided for you, there is a separate activity for this available for booking.
