About Jaipur
Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is one of India’s most vibrant and historic cities. Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur is famous for its well-planned streets, royal palaces, majestic forts, and rich cultural heritage. The city is known as the Pink City because its old town buildings were painted pink to welcome the Prince of Wales in 1876.
Jaipur is home to iconic landmarks such as Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Jaigarh Fort, and Nahargarh Fort. These monuments reflect the grandeur of Rajput architecture and the royal lifestyle of Rajasthan.
Our representative will meet you at your pick up point like hotel / Airport Etc. and he will introduce with the Guide and driver and your same day Jaipur Tour will start.
- Amber Fort (2–2.5 Hours)
Amber Fort is one of Jaipur’s most majestic forts with stone courtyards, mirrored palaces, and panoramic views atop the Aravalli Hills. You can walk up or take a jeep ride up to the fort entrance (elephant rides are limited and often require advance booking). Inside, you’ll explore the Diwan-i-Aam, Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), and royal chambers. - Photo Stop at Jal Mahal (20–30 Minutes)
On the way back into central Jaipur, you’ll stop at Jal Mahal — the scenic “Water Palace” on Man Sagar Lake. You can’t go inside, but it’s a lovely spot for pictures and a brief rest before the next visit. - Local Lunch Break (1 Hour)
Enjoy traditional Rajasthani or North Indian food at a local restaurant. Popular choices include dal bati churma, thali meals, and lassi drinks (lassis are very refreshing in Jaipur!). Advanced tours may include lunch in the itinerary. - City Palace & Jantar Mantar (1.5–2 Hours)
In the heart of Jaipur’s old city, this stop combines:
City Palace – Royal residence built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Its courtyards, museum, and palaces reflect Rajput and Mughal architecture.
Jantar Mantar – UNESCO-listed historic astronomical observatory featuring huge stone instruments. - Hawa Mahal (30–45 Minutes)
Also known as the Palace of Winds, this iconic façade with hundreds of small windows was designed so royal ladies could observe street life without being seen. You can take photos from below — it’s one of Jaipur’s most photographed landmarks. - Shopping & Local Markets (45–60 Minutes)
After the historical stops, your tour can take you to local bazaars like Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar where you can shop for handicrafts, jewelry, textiles, block-printed fabrics, and souvenirs. This is a great way to soak in local culture and pick up gifts to take home. - Return to Hotel (Evening)
Your car will drop you back at your hotel in Jaipur, usually around 5:00–6:00 PM (exact timing varies depending on traffic and seasonal hours).
