The tour begins with a tour through the outdoor and indoor installations with plenty of details to explain the olives’ reception process and the different steps for oil extraction. You will see the equipment used and methods of milling (current and antiquated), and learn the basics of the process, as well as some other considerations related to the milling process. Then, you will have the opportunity to see the cellar where the oil is stored and watch a video about the world of olive oil.

At the end of the tour, you can enter the tasting room in order to enjoy a tasting of our Gourmet Trio “Esencial Olive” extra virgin olive oils. You will be able to distinguish the oils’ sensorial aspects that will turn the tasting into a delightful experience to enjoy flavors and aromas.
