My trullo is situated in a prominent position in the middle of a small valley, in an area known for its traditional rural buildings, trulli, farmhouses, and “cummerse” (traditional Apulian dry-stone walls). We will immerse ourselves in nature, coming into direct contact with the old Susumaniello grapevines, and learn about the history of this ancient variety. You can choose where to enjoy this experience: on one of the stone terraces or in the shade of one of the majestic trees in my garden. You will receive your basket, containing excellent local wine and a variety of culinary delights from my area, and you will enjoy, in a completely relaxed setting, taralli, focaccia, homemade bread, dairy products and fresh cheeses, traditional cured meats, and other specialties that I will prepare just for you. It will be wonderful to share these hours with you and make your trip to Apulia even more special.
