Set off on an unforgettable adventure of exploring Istrian hinterland. Think about green hills, olive groves, vineyards and rolling fields. Think about scattered hilltop towns with spectacular views of the stunning countryside. Our first stop is Groznjan, the medieval beauty with preserved old walls, forts, churches and monuments. Housing 28 ateliers, the city art gallery with works of renowned artists, summer film school, and jazz festivals, Groznjan is widely known as the ''town of artists''. After Groznjan, we will visit Oprtalj, another charming medieval town situated above Mirna Valley. This historical jewel was once a fort surrounded by massive town walls inside which settled picturesque houses. Just outside of the town walls there is a huge Venetian loggia, with the collection of stone monuments. The loggia offers incredible views on the landscape descending to the sea. Our stroll journey ends in a beautiful ambience of a local tavern where we'll taste indigenous Istrian delicacies!
