After a quick and fun 15-minute theory lesson, you can breathe underwater for the first time in complete safety to an approximate depth of 4/5 metres.

The itinerary includes:

• Sailing only 5 minutes in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area towards Isola Ruja, information regarding the surrounding area and passing in front of Isola Ruja and the famous beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Salina Bamba and Baia Salinedda.
• Stop for about 50 minutes at Ruja Island.
• Snack on board and return to port.
