Cautions We may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe. Please change into clothes that you don't mind getting wet, and use the restroom before the tour. Participants must be between the ages of 5 and 59 years old. Hot showers are available around Ishigaki Port Terminal. Guests booking after 5:00 PM the day before must meet at Ishigaki Port Terminal. ・Customers who wish to meet on site will be charged separately for the parking lot (300Yen). ・If you will be late, please contact us in advance. If you do not contact us or arrive late, your booking may be treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee may apply. ・We will send you important tour information to the phone number or email you provided when booking, by the day before the tour.
