Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Salento with a tasting of the region's most representative wines: Susumaniello, Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera. The activity takes place at Masseria Vico, an organic farm that has been producing organic extra virgin olive oil, fruit, vegetables, eggs and grapes for over 30 years, as well as processing its own wheat for bread and flour in the farm's old oven.

During your visit, you can choose two glasses from six selected wines, accompanied by local cheeses, olives, taralli and friselline with tomato, all “zero food miles” products. The tasting takes place in an authentic rural setting, where you can discover the genuine flavors of the region and learn about the agricultural traditions of Salento. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local food and wine culture, among the stories, aromas and typical flavors of this land.
