Chef Harold was amazing! He sat and spoke with us prior to the class, getting to know us and letting us get to know him. The class was not only fun but taught us a lot of great tips for making sushi at home! I was a little worried about the portions, but it was plenty and we even got to bring home any extra sushi we had made. Great experience overall!
