By Bus: Ride 10 minutes on Bus 103 from Interlaken Ost to Bönigen See (direction Iseltwald or Bönigen). The bus departs :05 and :35 minutes past the hour. We are located around the corner from the bus stop Bönigen See. By Foot: It’s a beautiful 35 minute walk along the river and the lake to our base. From the train station Interlaken Ost, follow the signs to the boat terminal. Turn right and follow the trail to Bönigen. Cross the river after the Strandbad and walk past the Jetboat base and along the promenade. You will find us at the Hotel Oberländerhof. By Car: Paid parking is available on Parkstrasse.

What you can expect

This half day tour runs regularly throughout the summer and is suitable for all abilities. Your guide will offer instructions on how to develop your paddling skills and will also capture your experience with lots of photos to show to your friends and family back home.

Your tour starts in Bönigen on Lake Brienz, where you will travel across the River Lütschine, heading towards the north shore, exploring beautiful cliffs, past the 12th-century Ringgenberg Castle overlooking the lake and discover hidden beaches along the way.

Also enjoy an evening trip when the waters are calmer and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The evening tour follows the same itinerary as the half-day tour. The session lasts three hours, of which you will spend around two hours on the water. The summer tours run from May until October. When the water temperature gets colder in October and November wetsuits will be provided.
