This hands-on experience will guide you through the art of crafting delicious vegan, sorbet, and dairy ice cream from scratch. Located in fabulous, Escama Restaurante on Coba Avienda.
The class is 2-hours. In this time, we will mix, and churn the ice cream. While the ice cream hardens, stay and have a cocktail or nosh quick bite.
The vegan ice cream is coconut based. Sorbet has fresh fruity flavors (water-based), and there are endless dairy options. There is a take home sample for every attendee. Whether it's a date-night, girl's-nite, or you are nomad on the run. Sweet Ross's ice cream experience is decadent fun!
