This hands-on experience will guide you through the art of crafting delicious vegan, sorbet, and dairy ice cream from scratch. The class is located in the fabulous Escama Restaurante on Coba Avenida.
The class is 2-hours. In this time, we will mix, and churn the ice cream. While the ice cream hardens, stay and have a cocktail or a quick bite.
The vegan ice cream is coconut based. Sorbet has fresh fruity flavors (water-based), and there are endless dairy options. There is a take home sample for every attendee. Whether it's a date night, a girls' night, or you're a nomad on the run, Sweet Ross's ice cream experience is decadent fun!
