Begin with a sweet stop at a local chocolate factory before heading into Hunter Valley for a true vineyard-to-glass experience, including grape growing, harvesting, winemaking, and wine tasting. Lunch is included, featuring a choice of Asian–Western fusion set courses.

In the afternoon, continue to Port Stephens, where you can experience 20mins camel camel ride along the dunes, with scheduled rides at 15:00 and 15:30 OR feel the thrill of 4WD sandboarding across the dunes at Anna Bay. Activities here are walk-in purchase.
