The Humantay Lagoon Tour is a one-day activity, where travelers are picked up at their hotels in Cusco. Then, they go in a private vehicle to the village of Mollepata, where they will have a traditional breakfast before continuing to the starting point of the hike. The hike to the Humantay Lagoon begins in the village of Soraypampa, at an altitude of 3,900 meters above sea level. The hike takes approximately 1.5 hours through mountainous and rocky terrain before reaching the beautiful Humantay Lagoon, located at an altitude of 4,200 meters above sea level. Once there, travelers will enjoy breathtaking views of the lagoon and the surrounding Andean peaks. Lunch will be served and then travelers will set out on their way back to Cusco, where they will arrive around 6 pm. During this activity, travelers will have the opportunity to walk through beautiful landscapes, enjoy breathtaking views and get to know one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. It is an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to all nature and travel lovers.
