After picking you up at your hotel in Hue ( or Hoi An ) , you will begin your coastal excursion with beautiful roadside scenery such as :

  • Lap An Lagoon - Surrounded by verdant trees and full of crystal-clear water, see the locals living their daily lives in harmony with the nature around them.

  • Lang Co Bay - This village’s incredible beach was recognized in 2009 as one of the 30 most beautiful bays in the world.

  • Hai Van Pass - This is one of the most scenic hillside roads in Vietnam. At the top of the pass, there are vestiges of an ancient fortified gateway. The American and French bunkers in Hai Van Pass provide views of the city

  • Finally, visit the Marble Mountains, famous for the image of rocky peaks rising above city . You’ll see many beautiful caves and pagodas . Learn about Buddhism, and see religious architecture in harmony with nature.

You’ll then be dropped off at the location of your choice in Hoi An/Da Nang ( or drop off at Hue if you choose to pick up in Hoi An/Da Nang )

It was a wonderful experience. We took a tour from Hoi An and opted for Hue as an additional add on. Our guide was Hai. He was very sweet and helpful. We got to know a lot about Hue history. I highly recommend it.

This was an amazing way to get from Hoi An to Hue, we chose option 1, which for 2 people ended up being a good price. We only had 4 days to spend in both cities, this was a great way to combine sightseeing and a transfer into one, making a travel day much more enjoyable. No Xa was our driver, he arrived 30 mins early, ensured us to take our time. He provided water, his car was clean, comfortable, cool and also a very safe driver. We stopped in extra places to take amazing photos, he took us to an amazing restaurant by the beach and waited for us, there was no rush at any stops and was even our personal photographer. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, a great way to experience the Hai Van loop, amongst other beautiful sights, definitely beats getting a bus and you'll be well looked after if No xa is your driver 😊

We had a great day with our driver/guide Sang Ho. He really made the day as good as possible and made sure it was tailored to what we wanted to do. He spent 9 hours taking us around many sites between Hue and Hoi An, giving us good information and advice along the way. We went to the Imperial Citadel, Kai Dinh tomb, Thien Mu pagoda, Lap An lagoon, Hai Van pass, and Marble Mountain (we went to the cave there, which was cool and is definitely worth doing). We had enough time at every stop and never felt rushed. Doing the trip with Sang Ho really made the day super efficient and comfortable versus doing it independently. I would recommend booking this trip as a great way to travel between Hue and Hoi An (or vice versa) and would recommend going with Sang Ho if you can. 10/10.

Son (our driver) was the perfect guide and everything went perfectly: Son is a very safe and reliable driver. He always dropped us off at the best spots and picked us up right away when we were finished. He told us a lot about the culture, history, and people of Vietnam.
