3 DAY RETREAT ITINERARY :
Day 1: Arrival and Introduction - 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
This is a time to settle in, meet fellow participants, and arrive fully—physically, emotionally, and energetically—into the retreat experience.
Evening Intention:
To arrive with openness, release the outside world, and step into presence.
Day 2: Mindfulness and Connection - Full Day Experience with options for 1:1 sessions and wellness excursions
A full day devoted to deep rest and renewal. Guests are invited to enjoy spa services, hydrotherapy, and quiet time, allowing the body and nervous system to soften and recalibrate.
Day Intention:
To receive, restore, and allow the body to remember ease.
Day 3 : Reflection and Departure - 11:00 AM - 1:00PM
- Before departure, we come together for a closing reflection and guided meditation with sound healing.
- With gratitude, we offer you a reiki charged healing crystal and written materials and resources about the practices we shared and how to continue on your own
Closing Reflection:
The retreat does not end—it evolves through how you live what you’ve remembered.
Once booked, we will invite you to a video chat to say hello and review your itinerary based on your dates and personal goals. Below is a SAMPLE schedule - and will be adjusted for YOU :)
