Know before you book

  • There is no weight limit but we ask people whose weight is over 100 kg (220 pounds) should contact the tour provider immediately after booking.

  • Flights are operated by the morning only, starts between 6 AM and 8 AM according to season.
  • Pilots and crew members speak Spanish, English and French.
  • This activity is weather dependent, can be re-scheduled or refunded in case of unsuitable weather condition for the booked date.

What you can expect

Start your day at sunrise. Enjoy a convenient pick-up in Barcelona city centre and a 45-minute drive to the flying area. After a quick coffee break at a local café, you will head to the launch field to assist with the flight preparation during the pilot's safety briefing. Once the balloon takes off, you will enjoy a breathtaking 1-hour hot-air balloon flightover the stunning Catalonia countryside.

Your hot air balloon experience takes place around the beautiful Montseny Natural Park, taking off from the historic city of Vic. From above, you will take in amazing panoramic views, spotting the iconic peaks of Montserrat, the Pyrenees mountains, and the Mediterranean coast. After landing, celebrate your unforgettable journey with a traditional Cava champagne toast, light snacks, and a flight certificate signed by your pilot, before being driven back to Barcelona city centre.
