Know before you book
- Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 8.50am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Frequency: every 20 minutes until 3:30pm then every 30 minutes until 6:30pm. Tour duration: 150 minutes. Green Route Shuttle: First bus at 9:20am. Last bus at 4:18pm. Buses run every 90 minutes. Duration: 80 minutes
- Blue Route - first tour at 9:15am, last full tour at 4:35pm from Stop 19 Marble Arch, Park Lane. Duration - 60 minutes. Frequency is every 30 minutes. Kids commentary: Blue Route - Mia Cloo's London Quest. Ask your driver for a free copy of our Mia Cloo's London Quest booklet in English
- Stop 11 Buckingham Palace is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am - 12pm due to the Changing of the Guards. Stop 10 Horseferry Road is currently closed. The nearest stop is Stop 9 Westminster Pier
- 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm
- 48 and 72-hour tickets include a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier. Departs every 40 mins. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10am. Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 4pm. Last departures from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 5:50pm
- T15 Routemaster Heritage Route (included in the 48 and 72-hour tickets only): Buses depart from Trafalgar Square/ Charing Cross Stop F. Departures every 30 minutes from 9:30am - 5pm. Heading west, buses depart from Tower Hill/ Tower of London Stop TA every 30 minutes from 10:30am - 6pm
- Night Tour (included in the 72-hour ticket only): Departs every day at 7:30pm, 8pm, 8:30pm, 9:15pm, 9:45pm and 10:20pm (April - September). Departs every day at 7:30pm and 9:20pm (October - March). Departure Stop: Outside Green Park Station
- 2.5-Hour Express Ticket (if option is selected): First buses and last complete departures on Red Route: Stop 1: 8:45am - 5pm, Stop 5: 9:12am - 5:27pm, Stop 7: 8:45am - 5:44pm, Stop 15: 9:28am - 4:27pm, Stop 22: 9:04am - 5:13pm, Stop 25: 9:04am - 5:27pm. Frequency: every 10 - 15 minutes
