During “The Art of Tea Appreciation” workshop, guests will be tasting the following five different teas:
Cold-brewed green tea
White tea brewed with a porcelain gaiwan
Oolong tea brewed with a purple clay teapot
Black tea brewed with a porcelain teapot
Boiled Dark Tea

Activity Arrangements under Adverse Weather Conditions
。Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 / No. 3, Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning
・Workshop will proceed as scheduled.
。Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or Above, Black Rainstorm Warning Before the workshop starts (assessment at 1:00 PM):
・If the signal/warning remains in force or is pre-announced at or after 1:00 PM → Workshop cancelled and workshop fees will be refunded.
・If the signal/warning is lowered before 1:00 PM → Workshop proceeds as scheduled.
