At 8.00/or 15.00, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the old quarter and drive 5 minutes to “Long Bien Boutique Villa” on the bank of Red River.

The hosts will warmly welcome you and introduce their members, lives. Tour guide then will teach you some simple phrases “local language” in 30 minutes, it is very important to help you get shopping skills and spending the currency “VND” with the friendly sellers.

You then will start cycling (or walking) to the local market only 5 minutes, It's great chance to buy local things by yourself and experience a variety of foods from all the groceries such as: herbs, spices, vegetables, meats, fishes, fruits which are so fresh. All things bring you very close to the simple life (herbs and spices are a very important part of authentic Vietnamese food), you will have fun time to communicate and use body language with locals, incredible and unforgettable memories. Do not forget to take some photos with them.

At 10.00/or 1700. Complete your shopping, we come back our home to prepare and cook by yourself under the instruction of the tour guide from the beginning to the end, learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson. You will also enjoy decorating dishes with carrot flowers, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili.The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herbs is very easy to make.

At 12.00/or 19.00, enjoy your meal at the ideal dining place.

At 12.30/or 19.30, our tour guide will transfer you back your HOTEL, see you again!
