The experience takes place in Kitahiroshima, near Shin-Sapporp Station. It is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Shin-Sapporo Station ( approximately JPY 1,500). Free parking is available for two cars.

Then, learn the basics of sushi making by creating a simple sushi roll( hosomaki ). Next, create a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll step by step using colorful ingredients. This activity features the Mount Fuji sushi roll. If you would prefer to make a flower sushi roll instead, please let us know after your booking is confirmed. Please note that all participants in the same booking will make the same sushi roll design. After making sushi, enjoy a relaxing matcha experience with Japanese seasonal sweets. This is more than a cooking class-it is a chance to experience Japanese culture in a warm and friendly home atmosphere. This is a private lesson for one group only. English instruction and an English recipe are provided. You can also take photos with your handmade sushi in a traditional Japanese home setting.
