The program will have the following structure:

• 10:30am: Arrival
• 11:00am: Presentation of the raw foods and full explanation of the history of the dishes and their preparation, giving tips for success.
• 12:30pm: Appetizers: codfish fritters, roasted chorizo with cornbread and olives. Tasting of the selected wines and their characteristics.
• Main Dish preparation: ex. Codfish with cornbread, Roast pork with saffron baked rice.
• Dessert Preparation: ex. Custard tarts.
• 1:00 pm: Lunch tasting.
