In addition to the unique historical atmosphere, you can look forward to Saxon hospitality and a choice of 5 delicious and hearty dishes, including a drink.

For example, try hearty classics such as the famous Dresden Sauerbraten (marinated pot roast), accompanied by a refreshing beer or a matching wine from Saxony.

It's good to have a choice. Choose between:

• Saxon coachman's goulash in dark beer, served with homemade bread dumplings – typically Saxon!

• Dresden Sauerbraten made from beef, marinated in vinegar and served with a gingerbread and raisin sauce, accompanied by apple red cabbage and a large dumpling – the chef's recommendation!

• Pork schnitzel with French fries, served with a salad garnish and lemon – everyone loves it!

• Roasted venison leg with red cabbage and apples and a large dumpling – for when you're really hungry!

• 2 spinach dumplings with blue cheese sauce and a side salad – a delicious vegetarian dish!

Children aged 0–14 eat à la carte; these dishes are to be paid for directly at the restaurant.

Drinks: Choose between a delicious 0.3 L beer (Dresdner Feldschlösschen), 0.25 L water, 0.3 L soft drink or 0.2 L Saxon white wine. Our youngest guests can choose from the children's menu.
