- Pickup is available from selected hotels in Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area (excluding Pudu, Chow Kit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, and selected hotels)
- Minimum of 2 adults required for hotel pickup
- Single travelers may join but must arrange pickup at Berjaya Times Square (subject to availability)
- Pickup outside coverage area is subject to a surcharge (from RM50 per car, payable in cash to driver)
- Vehicle type (car/van/bus) is arranged based on the number of participants
- Not suitable for wheelchair users, pets, infants (no seats), pregnant travelers, or those with back/heart conditions
- No large luggage, smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed on the vehicle
