First we meet up by my house to leve luggage and the change of clothes, as we will be back to the house for the wood burning outdoor sauna. Then we start the beautiful and informative walk/hike through serene virgin forest to a secret lake, where we cook traditional food over open fire, protected by a typical forest shelter, overlooking the secluded lake.
In summer take a swim while the food is prepared, in winter take a walk on the ice on the lake when possible.

We will share stories and sip new energy just by being in the forest and sharing it with likeminded people. As a guide I will make sure that everyone are comfortable with each other and with me, so that it will be both a relaxing and interesting experience.

After the secret lake we walk bak to the outdoor sauna. There you will be guided in a way that lets you forget about everyday struggles and find deep relaxation. The guide will give you the best sauna experience in a Swedish manner, but with influences from all over the world.

Have fun, invigorate, and relax all at the same time. Many times you even find great new friends, as the experience softly opens up your mind and soul.
