Inveraray Castle is a historic Scottish castle and country estate on the western shore of Loch Fyne, in the town of Inveraray. It is the ancestral home of the Duke of Argyll, chief of Clan Campbell—one of Scotland’s most powerful historical clans.

Inveraray is a small historic town on the western shore of Loch Fyne, in the region of Argyll and Bute. It is best known as the seat of the Duke of Argyll and the nearby Inveraray Castle, home of Clan Campbell. This is a great option for lunch whether that be in an award winning sea food restaurant, an old traditional pub or enjoy a takeaway on the magnificent banks of Loch Fyne.
