Perkara yang anda boleh jangka

Beat the crowds and discover the breathtaking beauty of Hierve el Agua with us in an intimate SMALL group experience. We guarantee groups of no more than six people, so you can truly connect with other travelers, live an authentic adventure, and receive a guided experience that enriches every step of the journey. Fully guided day trip in both ENGLISH and Spanish, this is the perfect way to visit Hierve el Agua, hike around the rock formations and relax at the pools WITHOUT the addition of UNNECESSARY stops to actually see the place up and down with no rush.

Meet in downtown Oaxaca and begin your journey to Hierve el Agua early to avoid crowds. Once you arrive, start the hike to the petrified waterfalls, go to the most amazing viewpoints, and hike down to the base to see them from below.

Continue the hike and come back up to spend some time relaxing in the spring-fed pools where you can dip your feet or even go for a full body dive. Finish off trying delicious food at one of the local food vendors in the site.

Hierve el Agua is a unique place that was formed thousands of years ago by the runoff of calcium carbonated water that features rugged cliffs and natural springs with endless views of the surrounding mountains. From the springs, the water drips down cliffs that are 50 to 80 meters high.

This place is also an important archeological site where more than 2,500 years ago a complex irrigation system was built by a Zapotec indigenous group. It is formed by sets of terraces and canals that cover a wide extension around the area and it is unique in its type in Mexico.
