What you can expect
This guided hiking tour offers well-planned itineraries with the support of an experienced outdoor guide. The focus is on hiking and not on survival—ideal for people looking for a well-organized hiking trip.
The outdoor guide ensures safe routes, exciting nature experiences, and a relaxed group dynamic.
During the hike, you will only carry a light daypack with what you need for the trail (water, snacks, jacket, etc.). Your main luggage (change of clothes, sleeping bag, toiletries, etc.) will be transported safely in the shuttle vehicle and will be available again in the evening at your accommodation.
Duration: 5 days / 4 nights
Length: approx. 90–100 km
Stages: 15–25 km per day
Group size: 4–10 people
Suitable for: athletic hikers aged 16 and over with experience in day stages >20 km

- Shuttle service if required: If anyone has to interrupt the tour, organized return transport by shuttle is included. Applies to routes along accessible paths.

The guide is responsible for emergency management and ensures professional risk analysis during the hike.
Community:
Use the evenings to chat with the group, meet new people, and reflect on the day's experiences together.
Group size:
The group consists of 4 to 10 people. If fewer than 4 people register, we will work with you to find a new date.
Accommodation:
You will either sleep in your own tent or in holiday accommodation along the route. Accommodation varies depending on the stage and availability.
Highlights:
In addition to the daily hikes, there will be plenty of time to discover the sights along the way and enjoy the beautiful nature of the Harz Mountains (see description on the website).
Other highlights:
The guide will teach you the basics of navigation (orientation with map and compass).
Barbecue:
If possible, we will have a barbecue together in the evening. A convivial end to an eventful day!
