This is how the idea of blending wine and cuisine in a sensory journey immersed in tradition came about, thanks to the wonderful collaboration with the Vineria Sociale: a renowned bistro, where passion and dedication blend with the experience of the chefs.
We will start with a tour of the cellar and a tasting of 3 wines:
• Giovane ribelle Brut
• Chardonnay
• Sirì Rosè
Then, to top it all off, you'll enjoy an apericena specially created by the chefs in the Bistrò.
