This is how the idea of combining wine and cuisine in a sensory journey immersed in tradition was born, thanks to the wonderful collaboration with the Vineria sociale: a renowned Bistro where passion and dedication blend with the experience of the chefs.
The tour begins with a winery tour and a tasting of 3 wines:
• Giovane ribelle Brut
• Chardonnay
• Sirì Rosè
The evening will end on a high note in the Bistro with an aperitif dinner created especially by the chefs.
