You will learn in a small, relaxed group with clear, step-by-step guidance from a real soba craftsman. The soba shown in the photos are made by actual participants, not professional chefs. Step into a rare Japanese culinary experience where handcrafted soba meets authentic matcha. Using premium buckwheat flour and high-quality Uji matcha, you will make matcha soba noodles from scratch — mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting the dough by hand. After cooking, enjoy tasting your own handmade matcha soba with original matcha salt and traditional dipping sauce. You will also whisk matcha tea and savor a seasonal Japanese sweet. The soba is enjoyed fresh on the spot as part of the experience. This workshop does not include take-away noodles.
