Hamburg is the city where it all started in 1992 and where the foundation for stand-up comedy in Germany was laid. Wonderfully located at Imperial Theater, in the middle of the Reeperbahn, a visit to the Quatsch Comedy Club is a must in Hamburg.

At the Quatsch Comedy Club Live Show, a new line-up takes to the stage every week. Four comedians bring their very own style of humour, while a host guides the audience through the evening, connects the performances and makes sure that four sets become a real show.

The Quatsch Comedy Club is the original home of German stand-up comedy and has been bringing comedians and audiences together for more than 30 years. Here, it’s not simply one act after another: the line-up is put together specifically for the evening, the host holds everything together, and the audience is right in the middle of it all rather than just watching from the sidelines.
