Activity itinerary

We offer a 3-hour Chinese cooking class featuring 3 dishes, such as cucumber salad, dry-fried beef hor fun, and sweet & sour pork with pineapple. These are traditional Cantonese dishes. We rotate hundreds of different dishes daily for cooking enthusiasts. Our professional instructor with 30–40 years of experience will explain ingredients, seasonings, cooking steps, and cultural background. The chef will demonstrate each dish, and you may record key steps with your phone. You will then cook with one-on-one guidance. After cooking, the chef will provide feedback, and you will share and taste your own dishes together.
